🎓 Eligibility Criteria

✅ Educational Qualification

• Mandatory: Plus Two or equivalent
• Preferred: Diploma in Computer Application

✅ Age Limit

• 18 to 26 years (Born between 02.01.1999 and 01.01.2007 – both dates inclusive)
• Age relaxation for OBC/SC/ST as per PSC rules.

Physical Qualifications

• Height (General): Minimum 152 cm
• Height (SC/ST): Minimum 150 cm
• Vision: 6/6 (Distant), 0.5 (Near), full field of vision – without glasses
• Swimming Test: Swim 50m in 2 minutes 15 seconds
• Float for 2 minutes

💡 A practical test for swimming and physical efficiency will be conducted by the Commission.

🏃‍♀️ Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

Candidates must qualify in 5 out of 8 items as per National One Star Standard:

Event Minimum Requirement

• 100m Run- 17 seconds
• High Jump- 106 cm
• Long Jump- 305 cm
• Shot Put (4kg) -488 cm
• 200m Race- 36 seconds
• Throwing the Throw Ball -14 meters
• Shuttle Race (4x25m)-- 26 seconds
• Skipping (1 minute)-80 times

📋 Training and Probation

• Training Duration: 6 months at State Fire Service Training School
• Post-training: 6 months practical training at a Fire Station
• Stipend: Basic pay during training
• Probation: 2 years within 3 continuous years after successful training

📝 Other Details

• Bond: Must serve for 7 years or pay ₹50,000 if leaving prematurely
• NCC/SPC/Sports Candidates: Eligible for bonus marks as per government orders
• Mode of Application: Online only through KPSC’s official website via One Time Registration
